Picking out what pictures to have printed is always the hardest part of getting professional pictures done. In today’s digital age there are that many more great pictures to choose from. Having so many good pictures to choose from is why many people are choosing to order the digital cd over ordering prints more and more. This way we can choose what we want printed and when we want them done, and even though we think this makes things easier on us we realize another problem. What sizes do I pick?? Well this post will hopefully help out with this problem 🙂

Traditionally (mostly because of school pictures) we go to the 8×10’s and the 5×7’s with some wallets. Than we arrange them on the wall the best we can to get them to look good. Well today’s walls want bigger pictures to complement them. Take a look!

This tiny print is actually an 11x14 one size bigger than a traditional 8x10.

I think this 30x40 canvas print outshines any 8x10 framed print. What do you think?

Once again the tiny 8x10.

This is the tiny 8x10.

The 16x20 looks okay, but I think we can do better :)

We can also put more than one picture in a larger size. This grouping is a 24x30.

This grouping is a 24x30 with a 10x15 and a 12x15. Mixing and matching the canvas always looks good.

Do you think this 8x10 would do your beautiful baby justice? Me either.

This 20x30 will be big enough your little bundle

This 20x30 will be big enough your little bundle's tiny eyes will be able to see it 🙂 It also fits very nicely above that crib.

If you prefer a frame rather than a plain canvas you can mix and match sizes to fit your space.

Whether you prefer a frame over a plain canvas you can always mix and match sizes to fit your space.

We can help if it’s the mixing and matching that’s giving you the problem 🙂 Knowing what size space you want to put the picture in always helps when it comes to picking picture size.

Hopefully this post helps with any dilemmas regarding what sizes to order. I think now the only problem is going to be not having enough wall space to hold all the awesome pictures!
